poll_sponsor_2024 — sponsor rows with candidate links (Routes A-D)

Long per-sponsor table for 2024 polls (one row per contratante/pagante on each protocol; up to 6 contratantes + any number of pagantes per protocol), with the sponsor→candidate join already attempted via Routes A (CPF direct), B (committee CNPJ name parse), C (party CNPJ via despesa_partidaria), D (party-name parse from sponsor_name). Each row carries the sponsor identity (CPF/CNPJ normalized, id_type), the route used, and the matched candidate politico_id/cpf where one was found.
