poll_2024 — TSE mayoral poll registry (one row per protocol)

Cleaned TSE PesqEle poll registry, one row per registered 2024 mayoral poll (NR_PROTOCOLO_REGISTRO). Carries the full registration metadata: pollster identity (institute, institute_fantasy, pollster_cnpj), field period (date_start, date_end, date_registered, date_disclosed), sample size, race muni / uf, value paid (R$), election code, and the st_pesquisa_propria flag ("own poll" — pollster sponsoring itself). Per-UF pesquisa_eleitoral_{year}_.csv files are concatenated, filtered to mayoral, and deduped by protocol.
